House Tour: Here's a Look at a Brand New Mid-Century House in Palm Springs That's for Sale

A brand new mid-century house in Palm Springs recently made it to Zillow's house of the week list.

According to the publication, the house looks very unique because it is surrounded with glass walls as well as a huge outdoor space that's perfect for large groups. The property was built by mid-century modern builder Joseph Eichler, whose creations can mostly be found in the Bay Area.

Modern-day builder Troy Kudlac recently changed all that by creating the first property outside of the Bay Area. The architect is now aking for $1.39 million for his creation.

"This architecture lends itself so well to Palm Springs. We were inspired to build these atrium-centric homes here. They're perfect for desert living; you can live in the atrium almost year-round," he said.

"Kudlac's latest 'new' Eichler is more spacious than his last, with a flat roof rather than an A-frame and a large, open kitchen with an island that looks into the atrium. It also features a side patio perfect for sipping your morning coffee while gazing at palm trees and taking in the mountains in the distance," the publication noted.

Photos of the property have also been uploaded online, and they show how beautiful the house truly is.

As such, if you are looking for a house inspiration or would like to purchase a property, you might want to check out this option right now. The truth is, there are several different types of homes you can find in your area, but most of them will cost you a lot of fortune. If you're looking for something beautiful, safe and affordable, this could be the property that's best for you and your family.
