Home Design Ideas: Which Designer Kitchen Will You Like Best?

Here's a look at some of the nicest and most unique-looking kitchens you can take inspiration from.

Just recently, House Beautiful combined a range of kitchens built by some of the most renowned designers and architects across the globe. For instance, designer Greg Natale "hung pots from cantilevered shelves and chose Turkish terrazzo tiles to create a graphic floor in an all-white kitchen."

Other designers like Jesse Carrier and Mara Miller focused on designing a kitchen out of a creamy white hue. Their designs also featured a round table for dining that is perfect for families and friends.

"Designer Barbara Westbrook designed an oval island with open shelves at each end for easy access to a collection of ironstone in an all-white kitchen," the publication noted.

Meanwhile, designer John Barman decided to design her kitchen with the use of contrasting hardware. The table is made of wood while the chairs look as though they were made of metal.

Additionally, a 1850s English refectory table was also included in one designer's kitchen design.

"This kitchen's 1850s English refectory table has a character-filled surface that echoes the wood beams above. It's paired with Hickory Chair's Madigan counter stools, covered in Robert Allen's Harvest Moon. Traditional Shaws farmhouse sinks from Rohl. Fittings by Waterworks. Wolf range," the site said.

Lastly, designer Timothy Whealon "refreshed existing beadboard cabinets with crisp white paint and animated the floor with a classic checkerboard."

Now that you've seen different types and designs for kitchens, it's time to decide which one you will take inspiration from.

When designing your kitchen, it is always important to take your taste and preference into consideration. Never design a kitchen when you have a very limited budget because it will be difficult to achieve owning the prettiest one out there.
