According to San Francisco Curbed, it is the biggest selling price that is listed in the area. The contemporary-style Italian villa has a total of 20,000 square feet and sits on 1.45 acres of land.
The property has a total of six bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom and four and a half bathrooms. It also has an additional bedroom and one and a half bathroom in the guest house. The house also has an office complex on the grounds with a courtyard and a reflecting pool.
