After several months in the market, "The Big Bang Theory" star Johnny Galecki finally sold his Hollywood Hills property for a serious profit with $2.5 million.
According to Popsugar, the actor first listed his 1,707-square-foot home for $1.995 million; however, the bidding war increased the closing price up to the selling price. It was earlier reported that Galecki bought the home from "Grey's Anatomy" alum Patrick Dempsey in 2001 for $982,500. He is now residing in his Beverly Hills mansion which he bought from actor Jason Statham for $9 million.
In the feature by Trulia, the two-bed, two-bath spread property is located on a gated lot above the infamous Chateau Marmont hotel. The one-story property features an open floor plan and offers stunning views of Los Angeles. It was reported that the property has hardwood floors all throughout the residence and the master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom which can also be converted into a study has a large fireplace and built-in bookshelves.
The exterior of the home features a swimming pool and spa. There is also a built-in barbecue and deck area which will be a great place to entertain guests. A garage which can be converted into a studio area is located behind a stylish glass door.
