There are 10 cities that are hot among tourists and young people. Amongst many other reasons, these people intend to buy their own homes without draining their savings accounts.

Yuqing Pan, a real estate reporter, wrote that Salt Lake City, Utah, is both trendy and affordable. It has a median house price of $355,000 adorned with several attractions like the Rocky Mountains and the Sundance Film Festival, Builder Online reported. In Salt Lake City, an educated workforce, cheap real estate, and a great transit system have made it possible for big tech companies such as Electronic Arts and Adobe to move into the mainstream.
