HGTV Star Emily Henderson Wows Fans With 'Narnia' Inspired Nursery

Celebrity blogger Emily Henderson has been known for designs with eclectic patterns and lavish accessorizing. Her daughter's nursery was no exception. The nursery took inspiration from Narnia with forest-themed wallpaper used to create scenery on both sides of the room.

The statement wall art was paired with minimalist furniture and accessories, like a white changing table, crib, shag rug, and a daybed with neutral pillows and a white unicorn plush toy, House Beautiful reported.

Green was the main color, but there were no fill-in details. Henderson chose a more traditional quiet pink details, like the ears on the toy unicorn, a cozy throw pillow, and a cushion which soften and provide the right dose of sweetness. Various pieces in the room were taken from Target's new Pillowfort kids' set, including the cute unicorn, which Emily describes as perfect. Still keeping with the motif, a light green rocking chair is used to balance out the walls with the entire soft decor, like olive green linen curtains and matching pillows.
