'Pretty Little Liars' Tyler Blackburn Buys LA Home, Will Co-Star Ashley Benson Join In?

"Pretty Little Liars" star Tyler Blackburn had recently purchased a pretty piece of tiny real estate. The ABC heartthrob who portrays Caleb Rivers character on the popular television series recently splurged $965,000 for a three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow in the Atwater Village district of Los Angeles.

Blackburn's 1,579-square-foot charmer was built back in 1922 and has a genuine vintage Los Angeles feel from the days when women wore cloche hats and everyone lived in bungalows. The Tudor-style property has elegant walnut flooring, a stylish fireplace, ornate Carrara marble bathrooms, and stunning barrel ceilings.

"Love is All You Need" star's light-filled bedroom even comes with custom doors that open directly onto the patio, which weaved around the entire back of the home. Another set of doors lead to the patio from the central living room. The spacious property boasts dark wood flooring and a gigantic kitchen and dining area that is designed to entertain A-list guests. According to Forbes, the home also came with a wide backyard complete with succulents, a fire pit and lounge chairs.

Fans of star expect the meticulously-landscaped outdoor entertaining area to host a certain Hollywood starlet soon. They were referring to "Pretty Little Liars" costar Ashley Benson, with whom Blackburn had been spotted with often lately, despite the couple breaking up a while ago.

Benson, on the other hand, has a luxurious West Hollywood abode of her own. In 2012, she spent $2.2 million on a three-bedroom French Normandy-inspired house.

The star is not only just a successful actor, but he also is an accomplished musician who has had his own music played on the hit television show and has his work credited on other ABC Family shows. According to Rumorfix, Blackburn has planned to get plenty of time to practice his music skills in his new bachelor pad, Blackburn is no stranger Los Angeles, as he was born and raised in Burbank.
