The San Francisco Giants pitcher Matt Cain is now ready to leave his Arizona home as the three-time World Series champ is asking $5.85 million for his gated mansion.

According to Realtor, the Tuscan-style home originally built in 2009 and is filled with luxurious features inside and out. The listing agent Anita Best of Walt Danley Realty said that the property was sold rapidly in 2013 when the original builder of the house put the property on the market.

Talking with the media outlet, Best described the home as a very private compound and revealed that it features a koi pond and an in-ground trampoline. The exterior also has a putting course and an infinity-edge swimming pool with a fire feature backdrop. Listing details of the property reveal that the estate sits on 1.7 acres of privately gated land and offers a resort feel to it.

It was said that the house was built with great attention to detail with custom designs and finishes which include walnut flooring and extensive use of stone and marble, giving the home a timeless appeal. It also features mahogany paneling in the elegant study. It has a total of four en-suite bedrooms and three powder rooms.

Aside from the stunning resort-like pool, the exterior of the mansion also features a one-bedroom guest house which has its own full kitchen, living room and laundry. There is also a detached guest house that has been outfitted as a media room. It has a parking space with air conditioning and can fit up to eight cars.
