Restaurant in Mexico Offers Cliffside Dining to Guests

A new restaurant in Mexico offers Cliffside dining for locals and tourists alike.

According to Elle Décor, studio Tall Arquitectos depict Bire Bitori will be a restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking the Copper Canyon in Chihuahua. The concept or proposal has already been released, and photos of the prototype have also been shared online.

What makes this restaurant truly unique is the fact that it will offer diners with panoramic views of the canyon as well as views of the Basaseachic Falls.

"The design for this exclusive eatery features two levels, with the dining area and bar on the first, and an observation deck and lounge on the second. The interior is lined with windows and a vast glass floor, with tablets arranged on the perimeter to offer incredible views throughout," the publication noted.

Meanwhile, the restaurant will reportedly feature a minimalist entrance marked by a small water feature.

"The futuristic space features an open-plan and natural materials that echo the surrounding landscape. Patrons are also invited to rappel down to the canyon floor. We think dining here is enough of an adventure," the publication added.

One of the downsides to the project, however, has to do with the changes in weather. Since the prototypes showed that the dining area will be al fresco, guests could feel extremely cold during the night. When there are instances of rain, it will also be difficult to dine at the restaurant.

Luckily, the second floor area of the restaurant is fully covered. However, when so many people want to eat at the place and it suddenly rains, they can't all be accommodated all at the same time. Still, if you are traveling to Mexico, visiting this restaurant when it finally opens in the next few years will definitely be a good idea.
