Charlie Sheen's former home is now being sold by its current owner.
According to Zillow, Sheen's house was purchased only in December, but the new owners have decided it's time to move out. At present, the property is being sold at $2.6 million.
According to Variety, Sheen, his ex-wife Denise Richards and their three children lived with him in the Beverly Hills mansion until last year while Richards' mansion was being renovated.
Last year, the actor initially asked $9.2 million for the property but was able to sell it for $6.6 million. The amount was $400,000 less than what he originally paid for in 2011.
Meanwhile, Sheen admitted to having HIV last year and said that this sparked his decision to sell the house. One of his other properties in Beverly Hills is also currently listed for $6.1 million.
Some of the features of the house include an open floor plan with a huge two-story entry, high ceilings and terraced patios, a yard, an outdoor kitchen and a spa.
Additionally, the house also boasts six bedrooms, seven toilet and baths, a master suite with a fireplace, a luxurious bathroom, a soaking tub, and a patio. Two guest rooms and an en-suite bathroom can also be found in the property. As of late, Sheen's properties are listed on Hilton & Hyland under real estate agent Steven Levine.
In other news, Sheen recently filed court documents requesting that his child support for his three children be reduced. According to People, Sheen is required to give Richards $55,000 per month to care for their three children.
Sheen has been willingly giving his ex-wife the said amount since 2009. However, when his career suffered a decline, Sheen said that he could no longer afford it.
At present, Sheen also gives his other ex-wife Brooke Mueller $55,000 for child support.
