Mischa Barton Update: Los Angeles Villa Hits Market 2nd Time Amidst 'Dancing With The Stars' Contestant's Volkswagen, Audi Q3 Issues

"Dancing with the Stars" Mischa Barton once again listed her Los Angeles villa for $7.5m. This was the second attempt to list the property following Volkswagen car repo issues.

"The OC" vet Barton reportedly experienced a tough time with finances in 2015. Two different cars were targeted for repossession following reports that she lacked monthly payments. Recently, Barton listed her villa in Los Angeles for $7.495 million. According to her, the property was already a burden. Barton has previously tried to sell the same property for $8.6m in 2010, but got no luck in selling her former home.

The Los Angeles villa is 7,600 square foot big, built with a Tuscan inspired architecture. It has 10 bathrooms and seven bedrooms. It has a lush lawn crowded with bougainvillea beside a rectangular pool, which features views to the LA beach and the downtown. The villa is located within Coldwater Canyon, a gated community just behind Beverly Hills Hotel.

While Barton's home is a good real estate investment for the TV princess, TMZ reported that its taxes have gone up in 2014. The report also stated that she fell $100k behind with the payments.

"The Sixth Sense" star's Volkswagen was repossessed in February, after not making payments. The notice came five months following Audi's threat to take her Q3 SUV away for the same reason.

Volkswagen filed a case claiming that the actress leased a car and stopped sending payments. According to the Daily Mail, quoting a legal document, Barton owed the company $25,000.

In September 2015, the actress failed to pay her brand-new grey Audi Q3's lease monthly payment of $696.29 for four months. The leasing company then requested luxury SUV to be returned. Audi Q3 price is $33,000 minus the frills. However, Barton's version was at $40,000.

Barton starred on "The OC" in 2003 to 2006. She also made films like "Homecoming," "Virgin Territory," "Closing The Ring" and "Walled In." In 2009, Barton starred in "The Beautiful Life" television series
