Celebrity Homes for Sale: Heat’s Goran Dragic Sells Phoenix Home for $1.2M

Now that Goran Dragic is playing for the Miami Heat, he is about to let go of his Phoenix home and has listed it for $1.2 million. According to Realtor, the former Phoenix Suns player's home located in the Date Palm area of the Arcadia neighborhood is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom ranch.

Listing agent Lloyd Fox ofLong Realty revealed that the property is close to the business area of the city and is just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. He also said that the property was custom built during the 1950s and 1960s, and although it already has modern updates, it still retained its vintage charm. Dragic and his wife Maya bought the place two years ago.

Listing details of the property reveal that the exterior of the home has an inviting courtyard and a cozy spot with fireplace and stainless grill. There is also a swimming pool perfect for hosting parties and entertaining guests. The interior is designed with natural hard wood floors in the formal living and dining room. There is also a stunning open family room and a gourmet kitchen which is equipped with Wolf and SubZero appliances. It also has a den with built-in desk and floor-to-ceiling cabinetry.

Now that he is Miami-based, Dragic reportedly purchased a $7 million mansion in the area. It was reported that he made the purchase last February 16 and it was considered to be the most expensive real estate transaction in Sabal Palm Road as of date.

He now owns a 6,500-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion sitting on a 23,000-square-foot lot. It has a total of seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Other features include an iron staircase, wine cellar and a large soaking tub in the master bathroom. The outdoor area doesn't disappoint with an outdoor pool and 120 feet of private waterfront.
