Pop star Ariana Grande has recently shared the Christmas slumber party-themed music video for her 2014 Christmas track "Santa Tell Me" and her fans love it.
On the eveningof December 12, the young singer unveiled the music video to her Christmas single at the 2014 Z100 Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in New York City, JustJared reports.
In the music video, Grande is shown dancing and singing while cuddling with several dancer friends who wear the same cozy and festive outfit as the singer, J-14.com reported.
At the beginning of the video, the group is shown in bed while the "Sam & Cat" star sings the jolly tune of her song and suddenly breaks out in a Santa-themed dance party.
Wearing adorable animal hats which were later replaced by a reindeer antler headband, Grande and the rest of the dance crew burst into a high-energy booty shake while opening presents around the Christmas tree.
According to ET Online, several behind-the-scene footages were also incorporated in the music video including one which the "Break Out" singer admits she did not expect -- a real pillow fight.
The recent addition to the 20-year-old pop singer's popular singles come 20 years since Mariah Carey released her own Christmas single, "All I Want for Christmas," ET Online notes.
A report from the Daily Mail UK revealed that Grande had been making impeccably similar decisions in her career to that of Carey's though the 20-year-old songstress is not very fond of being compared to the legendary diva.
After the "Santa Tell Me" music video's debut, Grande took to Twitter to express her gratitude to fans for their support.
"been exhausted & a lil drained.. thank u my sweet luvs, i'm sorry i've been a lil mia. sending u hugs. remember ily!!! even when im quiet ☁," she wrote.
Several fans also used their Twitter accounts to share their love for Ariana with one describing the singer as the most adorable person; some even quoted lyrics of her song while others took notice of her cute outfit and her remarkable talent.
"If you were @ArianaGrande wouldn't you just sing all day because you could?!?! Ugh how is she so talented #SantaTellMe is my jam!!!!" says @dillon_edelson.
Even several local radio stations think her music video is the new "thing" for Christmas with @Z100NewYork posting: "Ok @ArianaGrande's video for #SantaTellMe is Christmas perfection!"
