In Los Angeles, California, a 2,575-square-foot 1925 Spanish-style house in Silver Lake neighborhood is available for rent. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom home has been updated and features huge windows and large spaces. It also has a spa-size shower and bathroom. Outside, one can relax and enjoy the stunning views while taking a dip in the infinity pool.

In New York, an 1850's Brooklyn townhouse is available for the same price. Listing details reveal that the home was restored, and a paint job on the parlor floors and other rooms was done.
