Actress Chloë Grace Moretz is following the footsteps of fellow teenager Kylie Jenner as she has made her first home purchase in Los Angeles, California. According to Pop Sugar, the 19-year-old actress dropped $3.4 million on a gated Spanish estate in Studio City.
Trulia reported that the 5,592-square-foot gated Spanish estate is located on a private cul-de-sac in the hills in the neighborhood and is filled with dramatic lighting and offers stunning views of the area. It has a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Originally built in 1998, the home features a two-story entry with spacious and light-filled rooms. It also has a gourmet kitchen with luxurious high-end appliances. The exterior of the home features an oversized patio which overlooks the canyon and city lights. There is also an outdoor living area with a swimming pool, spa and waterfall. There is also a bonus property near the pool area which could be converted into a screening room or a home office.
