Real Estate Trends: Luxury Hotels Being Transformed into Residences

While most people go on vacation, others dream of living a life that feels like a holiday all the time. Fortunately, with the rising real estate trend of luxury hotels being transformed into residences, anyone can live as if they're on vacation all the time with the luxury properties' amenities.

Seeking Alpha noted that some of the world-famous hotels are now transforming themselves into residence to provide living spaces with hotel-like amenities. Such luxury homes pamper its residents with amazing facilities, making them feel like they're on vacation.

One of such luxury residences is 30 Park Place, which is a hotel and condominium in one. The luxury property by Four Seasons stands majestically in Tribeca and "offers a new paradigm in luxurious living Downtown," as its official website states. The tallest residential in the area, the luxury hotel offers 360-degree views of New York City, which include the Midtown skyline, East River, New York Harbor, and Hudson River.

Since it's both a hotel and condominium, residents can enjoy the usual vacation perks such as a 24-hour concierge to attend to their needs. Thigh-end recreational facilities of the property also make you feel as if you're just on vacation. You can unwind at the 75-foot pool, take the kids to the custom-designed children's playroom, work up a sweat in the fitness room and more.

The Fasano Hotel-Residences at Shore Club also offers the same luxury experience. The property owned by the Fasano hotel chain offers 67 residences. The luxury property's ideal Miami Beach location is enough to make you feel like you're on a holiday.

The hotel's official website describes the residences as "grand yet intimate; sophisticated, yet inviting." The penthouses in the luxury hotel offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean and Miami skyline, while lower units provide relaxing views of the garden and the "iconic lagoon-style central pool."
