According to Realtor, this is the second property the pitcher has listed as he is also selling his six-bedroom home for $479,900. It was reported that the first home has a total of 3,365 square feet of space and features a newly renovated gourmet kitchen and a two-car garage. It is also designed with marble and wood floors throughout, and new roof and air conditioning were installed in 2013.
The second property measures 4,598 square feet. It was said to be custom-built for Carrasco and his wife only a half and a year ago. They decided to sell the place because it would be more convenient for their small family to move to Cleveland.
