According to Elle Décor, there's no one right way of fixing the bed, but this doesn't mean that you shouldn't even try to organize every time you get out of it. Cleaning expert Jolie Kerr, who also happens to be an advice columnist, shared her experiences about her cleaning her bedroom and fixing her bed.
Kerr recently responded to one person who asked her to share some times on how to fix one's bed or at least appreciate how someone else can do it for them. According to Kerr, fixing one's bed has a lot to do with a person's demand for comfort. If you want to sleep comfortably and peaceful, you should always fix your bed.
However, some people seem fine even if their beds are unmade primarily because they're just too tired to care. True enough, you can still sleep with an unmade bed, but chances are this wouldn't be what you can call quality sleep.
Meanwhile, Kerr also shared some items that you can include to your bed to make sure that you will have quality sleep every single night. The first thing to include is the head and foot panel boards that can give your bed the support it needs to provide you with comfortable sleep.
Also, make sure that you have a good quality mattress that will be comfortable to sleep on especially for the back. Not all mattresses are made out of good quality, and those that are may be a tad bit expensive. This is why you have to choose your mattress very carefully.
