Britney Spears Net Worth: ‘Toxic’ Singer Sells Thousand Oaks Home for $8.9 Million

Britney Spears is selling her Thousand Oaks home for $8.9 million, just four years after purchasing the majestic Spanish estate. The "Toxic" singer will reportedly be making a profit of over $2 million once the property has found its new owner.

Trulia reports that Britney Spears has recently listed her first Thousand Oaks home in the real estate market for $8.9 million. The 34-year-old singer purchased the said property in 2012.

The 8,456-square-foot estate reportedly sits on over 61,000 square feet of land, which houses five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The property is also divided into three separate wings and comes with two separate offices and movie and game rooms for entertainment.

The house also boasts of the stunning views of the Santa Monica mountains with an outdoor entertaining area for guests. The "Womanizer" singer has also recently purchased another home in the Thousand Oaks less than six months ago.

Britney Spears' net worth is $185 million in 2015, reports Celebrity Net Worth. There is, however, some confusion on the singer's net worth, as several outlets claimed that Spears' net worth was $41 million at the end of 2014, but the publication notes that this was only the value of Spears' assets under conservatorship with her father.

Spears reportedly began her career in the industry after joining the cast of "The Mickey Mouse Club" in 1992. She also released her first ever album "Baby One More Time" in 1999, which hit the number one spot on the U.S. Billboard 200. As of writing, Spears has already sold over 100 million records worldwide.

Meanwhile, Mail Online reports that Spears recently shared photos of her vacation with her family in Hawaii on Instagram. The "Gimme More" singer shared a photo of her riding a canoe with her niece, Maddie during their vacation. Spears also shared clips of her two sons Sean and Jayden on her social media account.
