Republican candidate and presidential hopeful Donald Trump may be new to politics, but he is no newbie when it comes to New York properties. New York Curbed listed some of his New York apartments that are currently on the market and ranked them according to price.
The most expensive Trump apartment that is on sale is in the Trump International Tower on Central Park West. According to the listing details, the apartment with a total area of 4,415 square feet is stunningly classy with a total of four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It features not only stylish and elegant designs but also stunning views of Central Park. It was last sold for $13.15 million back in 2009, but now it has an asking price of $26.489 million.
Meanwhile, the least expensive apartment for sale among Trump's New York apartments is located in Trump Village. The 750-square-foot one bedroom co-op is currently asking for only $240,000.
For those who are just looking for a place to rent, the most expensive rental among these apartments is the Trump Tower unit. Trump revealed that his father discouraged him from going to Manhattan when he was still building his properties, but he insisted that he want to have his own property in the area. Now with $50,000 to $60,000 a month, one can live inside the Trump Tower apartment building.
Celebrities are also drawn to these properties, and on the list for the most surprising residents in Trump's apartments is the international sports star Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo bought a three-bedroom apartment in Trump Tower for $18.5 million last August 2015.
Another surprising celebrity is surgery-loving NYC socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, who is currently unloading her apartment and selling it for over five times the original price she paid for the place. She is now seeking for $18 million for the 5,250-square-foot pad.
