According to Miami Curbed, the building also has an extravagant 3,000-square-foot "Car Gallery" located on the 57th floor. It was said that it is capable of storing seven of the most expensive vehicles of the owner.
The New York Post reported that aside from having a deluxe apartment in the sky, millionaires and billionaires will also have an opportunity to bring their luxury cars with them. The four-level, 16,915-square-foot penthouse is currently listed for $32.5 million. Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla, the designer pad features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and also has a private elevator. The place also features two private pools and two outdoor kitchens.
The pad also has another extravagant amenity: two-in house garages. It was reported that each of the tower's 132 units is decked out with unusual parking spaces which are located just off the living rooms. It could now be considered as Magic City's most expensive and highest private parking space.
It was said that Dezer is also a car enthusiast, and this is the main reason why he designed this amenity inside the building. The building has a lift system which brings the cars directly to the residents' units. It also has a spa with treatment rooms and multipurpose club rooms which include a movie theater and a game room.
The car gallery's fittings can also be customized by the owner, and it could be converted into a bar, living space or game room and still has enough space to fit three cars. This current penthouse is only one of the six properties that is currently in the market.
