Disney World had long offered home buyers the chance to own a house on its grounds. It was previously revealed that buyers could purchase a home in Golden Oaks neighborhood. However, buyers could now also live in the new Four Seasons residences located right in Disneyland.
The Four Seasons offered two different-sized villas. The 11,192 square foot Portfolio Home was the larger of the two. It has six bedrooms, and two guest rooms. The Capolavoro design was slightly smaller at 8,160 square feet and has similar amenities such as a a pool and six bedrooms. Disney World residents could also stay in the park's hotels year round.
The Capolavoro home boasts of a private catering entry from a Four Seasons butler pantry. The property has large living spaces throughout its interior and over 600 square feet of outdoor recreational space. Surrounding it are exceptional environments for gatherings and entertainment. It even boasts of a mouse-ears-shaped bathtub, according to a feature from Orlando Private Residences.
Don Hempel, a partner at Issa Homes stated that Disney was focused on customer care as seen by anyone who had visited their theme parks or experienced accommodation in a Disney Resort. They gave Disney a list of 400 homeowners and called every single home they could reach. The testimonials were largely in Issa's favor.
Disney's Golden Oak has been designed to provide a unique experience. When Disney began constructing its resort community, building quality was paramount. Issa Homes was one of the groups chosen to build the project. The group had four decades of luxury building experience which dated back to its founding in 1972. The company had flourished when the company collaborated with Arvida, a known Florida developer.
Disney World around grounds' builder Issa had created communities such as Arvida's Weston, Lake Nona Golf and Country Club, and Baldwin Park, including residences for celebrities and professional athletes such as Bernie Kosar and Cortez Kennedy, according to a feature from Derrik Builders.
