Rapper Ice-T and wife Coco Austin already started their own family and has decided to unload their New Jersey home and listed it for $1.098 million. According to Zillow, the New Jersey penthouse is relatively modest but offers stunning views of New York City.
NJ reported that the reality show stars are selling the 2,000-square-foot North Bergen penthouse condo about $400,000 less than the amount they paid for it back in 2005. The couple has already moved to their new home in Edgewater which they bought for $2.1 million.
Listing details of the property reveal that the condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It features an immense vertical space that includes a two-story living area and other elegant finishes like the gleaming Brazilian cherry floors in the living spaces and the black onyx counter tops and floors in the kitchen.
The penthouse also features floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and private terraces where one can enjoy the sweeping views of the nearby city and glass banisters. The second bedroom was converted into a giant walk-in closet, and it was reported that this was Coco's work. It was also said that in the family's new home, the model has a closet for her shoe collection.
The master bedroom is also large and has a master bathroom designed with marble and has a Jacuzzi tub. David Axelrad and Jason Pierce, who are representing the property, said that the penthouse was renovated with "a blatant disregard to cost." It was also said that the sale price also includes the Ralph Lauren bed, the sound system and the drapes which they claim costs a fortune. Another big plus that comes with the penthouse is the two deeded parking spaces.
The couple of 15 years welcomed their first child last year and ended their reality show in 2014 to work on a daytime talk show titled "Ice & Coco."
