Arizona Cardinals linebacker LaMarr Woodley has a new celebrity home. The football athlete has traded Pennsylvania with Michigan, where he bought a new house worth $1,475,000. It can be recalled that back in February, he unloaded his Pennsylvania house for $599,000.
According to Realtor, it seems that the football player is trying to go back to his roots as he reportedly grew up in Michigan. Until now, he even helps out his hometown through a foundation for students.
Woodley's new Michigan home measures 6,000 square feet, which is big enough to accommodate his whole team. Outside the celebrity home is a relaxing pool with several sunbeds on the side and what seems to be a bar area.
Based on the pictures on the site, the celebrity home has an open floor layout, which makes the property even more spacious. The living room features a tan carpet and couches, while the kitchen and dining areas offer a huge space to move around in. There's a stainless steel two-door refrigerator, wooden cabinets and beautiful hanging lights in the middle and spotlight on the sides illuminating the area. Other amenities of the house include a media room and a spacious great room.
According to Forbes, Woodley is one of the world's highest-paid athletes in 2013. His main source of income is his football career, and his salary and winnings amount to $26.3 million. He also earns from his various endorsements, which amount to $150,000.
The publication states that in 2011, Woodley had a $13 million signing bonus with the Pittsburgh Steelers. His endorsements include Nike's Jordan, Verizon Wireless and Detour Protein.
