Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are already preparing for parenthood, as the couple recently listed their SoHo loft in the real estate market for $5.5 million. The "Voice" coach recently announced that he and his wife are already expecting their first child.
Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo is a perfect example of a couple moving out because of their growing family. According to Trulia, the 37-year-old Maroon 5 singer listed their 2,800 square feet loft in SoHo, New York for $5.5 million.
The couple bought the one-bedroom loft for $4.5 million in 2014. The property sits on the luxurious, cobblestoned SoHo street and features an amazing view of Manhattan. Built in the 1900s, the house still has its six original columns and restored brick walls.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with black granite countertops. The bedroom also includes a walk-in closet and opens to an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The publication noted that the couple has been recently spotted searching for a home in Pacific Palisades, CA. This reflects that the couple is already preparing for their first child since a one-bedroom house will not accommodate their growing family.
The "Moves Like Jagger" singer recently confirmed news of Prinsloo's pregnancy via an Instagram post, reports PEOPLE. Levine posted a photo of Prinsloo wearing a two-piece swimsuit, which exposed her tiny baby bump, and a Lakers cap.
"My two favorite laker fans," wrote Levine on Prinsloo's photo.
The Victoria's Secret model also confirmed her pregnancy by posting a painting of a pregnant woman on her Instagram account. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo married in July 2014 during a private ceremony in Los Cabos, Mexico.
The "Sugar" singer also previously admitted that he is looking forward to having more kids with Prinsloo.
"I want to have kids," said Levine in an earlier interview. "I want to have more kids than is socially responsible."
