After being in the market for so long, Elizabeth Swig's New York Duplex was finally sold for at least $20 million.

According to New York Curbed, the property was first listed for $33.5 million and was relisted for $22.5 million. The representative for the property did not confirm how much the apartment was actually sold for. The apartment was once shared by Swig and her ex-husband, real estate tycoon Kent Swig.

Listing details for the apartment reveal that it features a private elevator which leads to the 25-foot entrance gallery. There are a total of 15 rooms, and the house is filled with exceptional details like patterned parquet floors and a dramatic sweeping circular staircase that were designed by internationally acclaimed architect, Alan Wanzenberg.

With the large windows, the whole interior is bathed with natural light. It also has grand scale common rooms which are perfect for lavish entertainment or intimate gatherings.

The south-facing corner of the living room has large windows that provide stunning views of the city. It also has a wood burning fireplace and a set of French doors which lead to the private terrace.
