Deion Sanders’ Former House to be Part of a Gated Home Community Development

NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders' former home is set to become "the crown jewel of new development," according to a new report. The former celebrity home was sold at an auction for $4 million back in November 2014, but now it is reportedly the most expensive home in Prosper, Texas.

According to Realtor, the land surrounding Sanders' former home was purchased by a developer which is set to build a gated 25-home community in the area. Listing agent David Gloria said that the new real estate project will offer an "air of exclusivity." "This phenomenal property is no longer going to be out in the boonies," Gloria added.

The exclusive community will reportedly be called Montclair. It will feature luxury homes which range from $1 million to $4 million. Gloria is positive about the real estate project, as housing is sprouting up around the area, which will reportedly result in "value added around the home." He further said that the homes can't be reproduced for the price.

Sanders' former home is gigantic as it features nine bedrooms and is "as long as three football fields," measuring 300 feet. It features two stories, a 3,000-square-foot closet, a bowling alley and an indoor football area.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Deion Sanders' net worth amounts to $40 million. He is a true sports legend, having been successful in both baseball and football. Besides his sports careers, he also endorsed various brands such as Nike, Pizza Hut and American Express. His career dates back to 1989, and he is known for various nicknames including "Prime Time" and "Neon Deion."

Besides playing baseball and football, Sanders' professions also include commentator, television producer, screenwriter, and actor, according to the site.
