Celebrity Homes: Tricia Small, ‘Salem’ EP, Sells Malibu Home for $3.4M

Tricia Small, the executive producer of the TV series "Salem" and an actress as well, has finally sold her Mailbu house for $3.4 million. The house has been on the market for a year for $3.65 million.

According to TMZ, the home features four bedrooms and a host of relaxing amenities. There's a spa bath and steam shower featuring Calcutta gold marble. There's also a chef's kitchen which boasts a restaurant-grade Viking range and a 750-bottle wine cellar.

Tricia Small is married to Nick Stabile, an American TV and movie actor most famous for his role as Jesse in the slasher movie "Bride of Chucky." Besides being a producer of "Salem," Small is also an actress and a writer. According to her IMDB profile, she was in the horror film "Sheltered" and other movies such as "The Gymnast" and "Living 'til the End." She also starred in various TV shorts such as "Day of Hope," "Singles Night," "Model Family," "How to Ace an Intervention" and "Vesting."

As a producer, her works include "Mothers and Daughters," "Salem," as previously mentioned, "Sheltered," "Straight Forward" and "Vesting." She also served as a writer for the "Salem" TV series.

Back in 2013, Deadline reported that Small teamed up with the writer and producer of "Lost," Liz Sarnoff, to form Sarnoff Small Screens, a production company set up at Fox 21. The company was tasked to develop new projects as well as the "Salem" series, which was a new TV show then. The show featured a new take on the infamous witch trials.

Small is also the co-founder of the fitness and marketing company beachbody.com. The site features fitness programs, supplements, workout gear and videos, success stories, various fitness and workout items and more.
