Home Design: How to Grow Mini Tree Houses at Home

Here are some tips on how to grow mini tree houses inside your home.

According to House Beautiful, Los Angeles-based artist Jedediah Corwyn Voltz recently designed the most adorable tree houses that pretty much resemble Barbie's house - only this one is on a tree.

Voltz, who happens to be a prop maker for TV and movies, came up with the idea to build miniature tree houses using only some leftover wooden scraps from the set. In an interview with Bored Panda, Voltz said, "I found myself making little fantasy constructions out of that stuff during my downtime. Those little scrap forts led to me building some more serious ones in little diorama settings, and last year I built my first living tree house."

As of late, Voltz already has a total of 25 different mini tree house designs and creations. What makes his work stand out is the fact that they are so unique and unlike any other. Some of his design also feature tiny watchtowers, treetop meditation platforms, intricate windmills and a whole lot more.

Once he's done with a specific design, Voltz then puts it on succulents or cacti. When the plant starts to grow, it could make up for a very beautiful centerpiece at home or even as an accent for the bedroom and bathroom.

Meanwhile, starting April 23, Voltz's series of creations will go on display at a gallery called the Virgil Normal. Anyone who wants Voltz to customize some designs for them can also do so at an additional cost.

If you are looking for ways on how to make your home look different, then this is one of the things you need to get right now. Luckily, Voltz's creations are reasonably priced, so there's no need for you to spend extra money for it.
