America's fastest-growing neighborhoods were identified by Realtor.com. With "fastest growing," they point out to places where opportunities for jobs abound, neighborhoods are increasing, as well as new houses and apartments are being established to meet the locations' demands.

- Historic Cultural Center (Los Angeles, CA; ZIP Code 90012). The area's projected household growth in the next five years is 8.8 percent. The ZIP 90012 includes Chinatown, Elysian Park, Little Tokyo, and Mission Junction.
