Rumors about Jennifer Lawrence already dating just a couple of weeks after her break up with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin surfaced after the actress was spotted in Los Angeles Friday afternoon.
The actress was seen at the Beverly Hills home of the "Red Army" director and producer Gabe Polsky where she allegedly spent several hours "not reading scripts" last weekend, a source tells the New York Daily News.
Insider information revealed that J-Law was strolling along the neighborhood with her pet when the dog ran out on the street. Much to her relief, Polsky was there to save the day. The two chitchat and ended up eating pizza -- several pizzas.
To support the claim, a photo of Lawrence together with her dog was posted with the report.
According to the insider, the two, who are now rumored to be dating, stayed at Polsky's place for about five hours, concluding when the 24-year-old actress left that evening.
"They definitely weren't in there reading scripts. They were having a good time," the source stated.
However, a report from E! Online explained that the two have known each other for quite some time and are not really a couple. The entertainment website said that Polsky could not be dating Lawrence because he is romantically involved with her best friend.
As for J-Law and Chris Martin, an E! informant shot down speculations that the Katniss Everdeen actress had a bitter breakup with the Coldplay frontman.
"It wasn't dramatic. Things just didn't work out," the source stated, further explaining that the split occurred weeks before news about it broke out. None of the two are reportedly holding grudges.
After being declared officially single again, J-Law's love life had been linked to several other men from the entertainment industry including "Hunger Games" co-star and all around hunk Liam Hemsworth.
Fans of the "Hunger Games" stars who had been described in a KDramaStars.com report to have "insane chemistry," initially believed that they were dating because of how they have comforted each other after their break ups - Jennifer with Chris Martin and Liam with Miley Cyrus.
"For a few years, I went down a path where I forgot to be in the moment and enjoy the moment. But being around someone like Jen, who is so honest and laughs all day long, I am forced to be in the right now. I'm much happier," the 24-year-old actor was quoted saying.
