Home Design Tips: How to Decoarate a $10M Home

Here are some helpful tips on how you can decorate a $10 million house.

According to Elle Décor, the expensive property can be found in San Francisco and several designers from the city took over the Mediterranean villa that's overlooking the Bay. More specifically, the property is located atop Telegraph Hill, near the iconic Coit Tower.

The property also happened to be the site for this year's Decorator Showcase which took place on April 30. This event was designed as a fundraiser gathering for San Francisco University High School designers to be able to showcase their best design ideas.

Meanwhile, the boldest change that was done to the property had to do with its hot-rolled steeled floors that were designed by Antonio Martins. The designer decided to put these types of floors in the living room area to give this part of the house a truly unique look and feel.

He also created a gallery-like space with art pieces that were designed by Anthony Discenza, Andy Diaz Hope and Deborah Oropallo. Two other designers were in charge of renovating the bathroom with monkey references, making it a very fit choice for this year.

In other news, touring inside the $10 million villa is now a possibility, but before being afforded with the chance to visit the property, you first need to purchase tickets. Since a lot of people want to see the impressive renovations, it is important to book your tickets very early on.

The entire property is also open for tours, so you can easily look at them and see which parts of the villa you'd want to take inspiration from. Once you've figured this out, it's now time to have your house renovated based on these designs. Chances are, this will make you feel very pleased with your upcoming home.
