Radio host Colin Cowherd has left his longtime position on ESPN Radio last year and is now offering his Manhattan Beach home for rent for $15,000 a month. According to Realtor, the property was listed for sale in January for $3.34 million. Interior of the home has a lot of high end finishes and other luxurious fixtures.
Listing details reveal that the property is situated on a street-to-cul-de-sac alley and outside the home is a three-car side-by-side-by-side garage. It was originally built in 2015 and it features vaulted ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors and superior designs.
It has a large stairway which leads to the upper floors of the home. The kitchen is updated with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and it is designed with white cabinetry and a center island. The bathrooms inside the home are also very modern with steel-gray backsplashes and Grohe fixtures.
The interior also features Jeldwyn windows and a disappearing door system that leads to the patio that is complete with fire pit and built in BBQ. The front yard offers privacy with its fence. The inside of the home is filled with signature styles like Curry Co Sconces and Ro Sham Beaux light fixtures, Kravet fabric curtains and Osborne linen fabric curtains in living and dining room.
Other small features include the wine cellar underneath the split-level stairs. The five-bedroom Cape Cod-style home is also close proximity to the Pacific Ocean so it also provides stunning and relaxing water views.
Cowherd left his longtime job on ESPN Radio and just signed with Fox Sports Radio in 2015. He is also settling into a new TV show on a daily sports debate show which will debut this year.
