Here's a look at Tyler Perry's mansion that was recently sold for $17.5 million.
According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, the writer/actor/director's mansion in Atlanta just became the most expensive real estate property in the history of Atlanta. The second most expensive mansion in the same area sold at $10.5 million back in 2009.
Meanwhile, Perry's house first hit the market in June of last year. So many people from across the world eyed the property because of its wonderful features and amenities. Some of its features include a spa, home theater, an infinity pool, lighted tennis court and so much more.
As of late, it is still unclear where Perry plans to move or where his new house would be. What is only known is that he's sold his former property at a price that is quite impressive.
According to Variety, Perry's mansion was previously asking for $25 million. However, it became a tad bit difficult for some people to purchase it at that amount. So the director's agent decided to cut down a huge chunk for the final asking price. True enough, the mansion sold out very fast and now the rightful owner, whose name is being kept under wraps, is ready to move into it.
Some of the other features of the home include seven bedrooms that sprawls across a total of 1,000 acres.
The same publication added that Perry still has multiple properties up his sleeves because he also owns several other houses and more.
