'GTA 5' PS4 Xbox One Dec. 18 Update 1.19: Online Heists Included? No, But See Full Patch Notes Here

Christmas came early for all "GTA 5" fans as a new update was released ealier last night. Rockstar Games haa announced the GTAV 1.19 Update on December 18, much to the delight of its gaming followers.

However, the new update did not include the much-awaited Heists feature. The multiplayer version was initially scheduled for a 2014 release but encountered delay in the creation. Earlier this week, GameSpot reported that creators of the popular videogame have revealed the multiplayer "GTA 5" Heists game patch is coming early 2015.

Rockstar Games said, "Heists will require tight communication and coordination, with players taking on specified roles at each point to accomplish multiple objectives on the way to each Heist's epic finale." The company also promised that the DLC would include, "new gameplay, new vehicles, new weapons, new clothing and much more."

Meanwhile, the 1.19 Update for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and 1.05 Update for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users still boast of additional features as listed in the Rockstar Games website. Among the new things players could expect are the option to have a third property and probable rights of up to nine bicycles and 30 cars. It has also added the option to switch on/off the First Person Mode Auto Level Camera in the Settings.

Rockstar Games also included three new settings for "GTA 5" players. To begin with is the First Person Aim / Look Acceleration which allows control on how fast the speed of the player is increased. Next is the First Person Aim / Look Deadzone, which decreases the deadzone of the right stick. Higher deadzone allows faster look around time, while a lower setting, gives the player more time to scour around before taking aim. The third major setting, First Person Auto Level Camera on/off setting gives the player the chance to check what they can see at all times.

Players can now also choose from an additional four more vehicles in the Southern San Andreas Super Autos, which include the Vapid Slamvan, Dewbauchee Massacro (Racecar Livery), Bravado Rat-Truck and Dinka Jester (Racecar Livery).

To increase creativity among players at "GTA Online," 30 new tattoo designs have been placed in Tattoo Parlors along with five new Kit items.

While not available in the Shooting Range, new weapons were added to the Ammu-Nation in "GTA Online." The two new additions were the Proximity Mine and the Homing Launcher, also known as the Fire and Forget.
