It seems that trouble is brewing in the Jolie-Pitt paradise in spite of Angelina's success in her major directorial debut, "Unbroken." The actress, who portrayed Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider", apparently told husband, Brad Pitt, to stay away from singer, Rihanna.
According to Inquistr, Angelina was not too happy with her husband taking part in the sexy pop star's charity ball. Her annoyance with the singer was so much that she reportedly warned Brad, "Stay away from that woman!" reported Celeb Dirty Laundry. It is no secret that Rihanna has a huge crush on the "Fury" actor and has even confessed to having a life-sized poster of Brad in her bedroom when she was younger.
A source close to the Jolie-Pitts revealed that, "Angie wasn't a happy camper when Brad introduced Rihanna at her charity event. She knows Rihanna's had a serious crush on her husband for some time now."
And if rumors are to be believed, it wasn't only the introduction that got Angelina miffed. The source added, "Angelina also heard all about how Brad hung out with Rihanna backstage after the event, and she read him the riot act."
However, it seems that even Brad has his own jealousy piqued. The source narrated that the actor retorted and pointed out his wife's overly friendly relationship with "Unbroken" stars, Miyavi and Jack O'Connell. Apparently, Angelina was touchy-feely with Miyavi when they went to Sydney to promote their film, reported Gossip Jacker.
While many are skeptical in believing the rumors that Angie was not too happy with Brad and Rihanna's friendship, others were quick to point out that maybe she has a reason to be threatened. After all, Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston when he first met Angie on the set of "Mr. and Mrs. Smith."
And while "Brangelina" continue to claim that they only got together after the Brad and Jennifer officially divorced, in the public's eye, Angelina was the reason for the split.
Brangelina, who just tied the knot in August, will once again star in the same movie after a decade. Oddly, the film is about a couple in France during the 1970s, who are doing their best to save their crumbling marriage.
The movie titled, "By the Sea," is written and directed by Angie. Universal Films would distribute the film, which also happens to be Angie's third directorial work, said Entertainment Weekly. "By the Sea" is set to hit theaters in 2015.
