"Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara is said to be off the market once again as reports surface the sexy Latina is now engaged to her boyfriend, Joe Manganiello.
According to E! News, who claims to have confirmed the news, the couple that has been dating for six months were engaged over the Christmas holiday.
"I hope they use Pickle Crunch on the wedding cake," said Nick Loeb, 39, to Hollywood Life when asked about his thoughts on his ex-fiance's engagement.
Loeb and the 42-year-old Colombian beauty called of their engagement in May after dating on and off since 2010. Two months later, Vergara revealed she was dating Manganiello, 37, of "True Blood".
In a separate comment to Us Weekly, Loeb had more to say about the actress.
"She is beautiful and majestic and therefore to be loved," said the Onion Crunch entrepreneur. "Beyond all else in life she deserves happiness, the kind that only true love can bring."
Joe reportedly popped the question on Christmas Day while the pair was celebrating the year-end holiday with family along with Manganiello's 38th birthday in Hawaii.
"Sofia was staring at her hand at the pool and couldn't stop smiling. The ring is giant and very sparkly," reported an eyewitness via Us Weekly. "It stands out from a mile away and is hard to miss. She and Joe are crazy about each other!"
The star has been spotted bathing in the sun in a luxury resort with a massive diamond sparkler on her ring finger, reported Page Six.
On Joe's birthday, the lovebirds weren't shy about displaying their love. Over an Instagram post, Vergara wished her main man and "love" a very happy birthday.
"Happy happy bday to my love and best friend ❤️❤️to the one that makes me laugh like crazy!have a healthy wonderfull year babe!!!@joemanganiello," said actress on the upload.
In an earlier Christmas Day post, the actress posed in front of a Christmas tree with four other people and clutched Joe's cheek. Visible on the star's left finger is a shiny rock at the center of all the speculation.
An insider for People told the outlet that Manganiello was a nervous wreck prior to the proposal because "He wasn't 100 percent sure she would say yes."
