Kim Kardashian hoped to welcome her New Year with a clean slate. Kim Kardashan capped her 2014 and took time in social media to clear up rumors about her and her family.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was on Twitter the night of Dec. 31 to address talks about her marriage, life and sister Kourtney. One by one, the brunette beauty posted answers in response to numerous rumors.
According to NY Daily News, Mrs. West addressed her 27 million fans with a tweet, "Lets clear up some rumors before the new year... I'm bored looking online and seriously don't know where they come up with this stuff!"
On the rumor that her daughter North could expect a sibling soon, the 34-year old mother said, "No I'm not pregnant." Talks of her being on the way began as early as September. Kardashian was a guest on the Australian "Today Show" and told host Tim Dormer that she and her husband are trying for baby no. 2, reported Hollywood Life.
She also slammed talks of trouble brewing in her marriage. She wrote, "Kanye & I are not having marriage problems. Were literally obsessed with each other!" Kardashian also made a funny follow-up tweet as she corrected her grammar reported E! News. She noted, " *we're. so used to spell check on my phone fixing it. lo siento."
The middle Kardashian sister also took time to clear the air on elder sister Kourtney's rumored impending split with long-time bf Scott Disick. Kim tweeted, "Scott did NOT buy a bachelor pad in Bev Hills. He is starting a new business venture buying homes & renovating them to re-sell."
Two days before Christmas, Daily Mail reported Disick to have bought a house in Beverly Hills for $3.7 million. The house, which named him as the sole owner, sparked rumors of the two separating soon.
After talking about these issues, Kardashian went on to share her family's plan to usher the New Year. "The Wests are cooking, watching movies and just relaxing tonight. Best way to ring in the new year! Hope you are all safe and having fun! Xo," she tweeted.
The fashion icon also took to micro-blogging site Twitter to post an encouragement to end bullying in the New Year, reported NY Daily News. Her post reads, "Cheers 2 less negativity&NO mean comments on social media. Positivity n the new year! STOPBULLYING." This came after the mother of one read about a transgender who committed suicide because her decision was not accepted, which she also tweeted about, reported MStarz.
