Rihanna New Album 2015: Singer Debuts New 'R8' Single? -- Details Here

As a new year starts, a new track has leaked online which many believe to be the new single of music superstar, Rihanna.

The song supposedly off her new album "R8" due out in 2015 has spread over the internet. The track called "World Peace" is the newest single following a two-year album release hiatus by the Barbados pop singer.

The leaked track definitely sounds like RiRi and carries the same vibe and message as her 2011 hit, "We Found Love." The alleged track said to be Rihanna's carries powerful lines like "We'll dance in the rain, in spite of all the pain. What the world really needs, is to feel love again."

"World Peace," like most of Rihanna's music, is definitely an early candidate for 2015's club anthem or simply a massive hit to be enjoyed by fans everywhere in the comfort of their homes.

However, while many RiRi fans are promoting the track all over social media, the production of the song leaves us wanting.

Fashion and & Style notes that the "leaked track is in the demo stages and that the list of producers set to work with the songstress on the album almost guarantee that this isn't the best quality of work the singer will have on her new album."

This release will mark the 8th studio album for the sexy singer. Her last album was "Unapologetic" released way back in Nov. 2012.

Both 2013 and 2014 have been somewhat quiet years for the popstar as Vox recalls her minimal number of track releases. Without a follow up to "Unapologetic," she only had her 2013 collaboration with Eminem titled, "Monster" and 2014 popular tine, "Can't Remember to Forget You" with Shakira.

The album gap is the longest gap for Rihanna as her other releases, namely, "Rated R", "Loud", "Talk That Talk" and "Unapologetic" were all released within a year of each other, wrote ET Online!

Album Coming Soon?

According to DJ Skee via Complex, the radio host and music insider teased that the newest album from Ms. Rihannah would be dropping sooner than expected.

"That project is a lot closer than anyone realized, including her own record label," said Skee. Claiming that 10 new songs have been debuted, he claims a record may be available before the year ends.
