Wedding bells are here again. A few weeks after Cameron Diaz showed the world her engagement ring from Benji Madden, the two are now headed to the altar.
The two seem to be on the fast track to become Mr. and Mrs. While no official announcement has been made by the couple with regards to their wedding date, a flurry of activities happening around Diaz' Beverly Hills mansion indicates that huge ceremony is about to happen, according to Time.
Since the two became engaged, speculations on Diaz' wedding dress designer has been going around. The Knot came up with possible designs for the bride-to-be, based on the actress' previous red carpet gowsn. However, no official word has been made by Diaz on who would create the dress she would walk down the aisle in.
According to a report by People, celebrity wedding planner Yifat Oren, who also planned the wedding of Diaz' BFF Drew Barrymore, as well as Reese Witherspoon and Anne Hathaway, was seen arriving at their Beverly Hills home.
Not only that, but a huge tent could be seen set up in Diaz' property on Monday. Trucks carrying numerous white flowers also arrived on the scene, which left neighbors of the couple wondering. To keep everyone from speculating, the couple reportedly said the event was a pre-party for one of Hollywood's awards night.
A source revealed, "There is a lot of security and they are trying to keep the wedding hush-hush by telling neighbors that Cameron is having a pre-Golden Globes party tonight."
But family and friends of the couple are already set to witness the two get married. The couple reportedly hosted an intimate rehearsal dinner over the weekend, said US Magazine. Madden's brother, Joel, and his wife, Nicole Ritchie, were among those who attended the dinner. Barrymore was also spotted in the event.
After the rehearsal dinner, the couple was also spotted out with friends at Il Cielo on Saturday night. A source, who was at the same restaurant, noted that the group was seated in a "really romantic table setting with rose petals and candles."
Another insider also revealed that Diaz headed to a hotel in Los Angeles with her lady-friends on Sunday, presumably to celebrate her last hurrah as a single woman with a bachelorette party.
Madden and Diaz have known each other many years back. According to The Daily Mail, Nicole Ritchie played cupid to the two and set them up. The couple got along very easily, with them realizing they have same interests. "Cameron has great taste in music," revealed a source to site.
Immediately a few weeks after they became official, the musician flew to Florida to meet the "Annie" star's family. Diaz' mother, Billie, reportedly approves of Madden and hopes "Cameron settles down with him."
It seems that the actress' mom's wish was granted as after seven months of dating, the two were engaged and are now on their way to get married.
Update: People confirms that the two have officially tied the knot. They "married [Monday] evening in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles," their rep told the news outlet.
