'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice' Trailer, Teaser & News: Official Trailer Date Details [Rumors]

One of the most discussed and highly anticipated films is superhero flick "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice."

While director Zack Snyder has been teasing audiences with set photos over social media, it isn't enough. Now, multiple reports estimate that the trailer will drop on Feb. 6, in line with the debut of "Jupiter Ascending."

With film production having wrapped up, the experts at Projection List believe that the most advantageous time to release the trailer for maximum impact would be ahead of the upcoming Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis film given its box office pull.

It was initially believed to be planned for release last Dec. along with the release of "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies," which never panned out.

This new report provides a much sooner timeline than the recently expected trailer date of May 2015. KDrama via The Telegraph noted last week that the "Dawn of Justice" trailer may debut during the premiere of "Mad Max: Fury Road."

Like "Jupiter Ascending," both films due out this 2015 are viable dates seeing as how both are heavily anticipated Warner Bros. films. As it stands, the folks over at "Mad Max," "Jupiter Ascending" as well as "Batman V Superman" have remained mum on the rumors.

Warner Bros. hasn't provided fans with a plot synopsis of the upcoming movie, noted Cinema Blend. "In the footage shown at San Diego Comic-Con 2014, it was suggested that the Man of Steel has as big a beef with the Caped Crusader as the latter does with the former - but the reasoning is still unclear. How the story will deal with all of the major supporting characters also remains a mystery," assessed the Entertainment portal.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will arrive at theaters March 2016.

The film stars "Man of Steele" actor Henry Cavill reprising his role as Clark Kent/ Superman, while Ben Affleck will take on the role of Bruce Wayne/ Batman. Other actors to light up the screen beside the two handsome leading males include Amy Adams playing Lois Lane, "Fast & Furious" actress Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane and Callan Mulvey are also in the film.

Following the release of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice," Snyder has been announced to continue his storytelling magic as the director of the "Justice League" movie that will follow the "Dawn of Justice."
