Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may be rekindling their romance for the Nth time. The on-again-off-again singers were spotted having dinner together in Beverly Hills Thursday night.
TMZ reports that Bieber, 20, Gomez, 22, were seen dining together at the ritzy Mastro's Steakhouse where sources share the celebrities were holding hands throughout dinner. Following what seemed to be a pleasant dinner, the two were reported to have left in the same vehicle and head to Selena's hotel in West Hollywood.
The Mail Online notes that the upmarket resto is a favorite spot for both Selena and Justin, which they both frequented while dating.
What About Zedd?
Days after being sweet on rumored boyfriend EDM DJ/producer Zedd (real name: Anton Zaslavski) at the Golden Globes after party, the Grammy-winning artist is reportedly "disappointed" over Justin and Selena's recent date.
"Zedd found out Justin and Selena got together and he's upset. He even said something along the lines of 'What the f***!' Selena had a different outlook when around Zedd and Justin was never really an issue or a conversation," revealed a source to HollywoodLife.
They continued describing Zedd's feelings of betrayal, "Zedd really thought things were going pretty well and he thought Selena wanted to be with him, but now he feels that that is as far from the case as possible. He's very disappointed."
According to sources, Selena's camp is scrambling because they, like Zedd, thought Selena was done with Justin.
"Her camp is very disappointed and hate that people know about the dinner date because now Selena is back to square one," said the insider.
Mastro Dinner Details
Eyewitnesses for HollywoodLife, in a separate report, detail that the pair was alone in the restaurant. "They came in very late and looked to be in deep conversation. It seemed like Justin was doing most of the talking. They arrived together and left together. They ordered a few appetizers, a couple of shrimp cocktails and some crab cakes, but didn't seem to eat much."
While some say they were holding hands, the source assesses that it was more serious conversation than a casual date with a lot of talking and nodding.
"It didn't look like they were on a date - there was no kissing, hand holding, or anything lovey dovey - just a lot of talking and nodding. They weren't here for very long, maybe an hour or less," said the source to the publication.
