Harry Styles New Song 2015: New Styles & Meghan Trainor Duet [Download & Stream]

Stop the presses! One Direction's Harry Styles has got a new song with Meghan Trainor. Over BBC's Radio 1, the 21-year-old singer confirmed that she and Harry wrote a song together.

"It's real! It's a duet. It's a beautiful song we wrote together on my ukulele," the "All About That Bass" crooner shared with The Sun. "We even recorded a rough demo together with our vocals together. It's a cute acoustic love thing."

According to E! News, Trainor's rep confirmed the partnership with Styles, 20, but revealed that nothing has been recorded in the studio or ready for release.

"It's one of the first cool things I can do with a pop star," Trainor added to the Brit publication. She reveals the song came about after a friend told her that Harry was a fan and was open to writing a song together.

"I was worried he'd just be a 20-year-old boy so I walked in with a prepared verse and chorus. He gave me very poetic, mature lyrics," confessed the blonde beauty. "I was like, 'Well, damn, Harry, you know what love is," recalled Meghan of what she said during their meet up.

Meghan and Harry Dating?

Trainor was quick to shoot down dating rumors, reports Just Jared. "No, definitely not - we're good friends. But I adore all the One Direction boys," she said.

Trainor continued: "Every time I meet them I'm like, 'Hi, you're all perfect.' But they're One Direction. And I'm just a girl from Massachusetts. Plus, I can't date another pop star. They're all too busy."

Duet With Beyonce Next?

Aside from Harry, Trainor has also made Beyonce one of her fans. She recently recalled an encounter with the "Pretty Hurts" singer that left her "freaked out."

"[Beyonce] came up to me and held my hands and said, 'I love your music. My daughter and I listen to your songs every day and dance to them,' said Meghan to Access Hollywood via Hollywood Life. "I freaked out. I was pretty much complete with life. I was like, 'Oh! That's it, Beyoncé likes my songs. I'm done'," she said hilariously.

Trainor is one of the nominees for record of the year at the Grammy Awards set to take place next month.

"It was a little bit of a surprise but All About That Bass is so out of control and has a world of its own, so I guess I understand," said the down-to-earth singer, quoted BBC. "But it was a dream come true, it's the last dream I had on my list."

After releasing her first full-length debut album, "Title" earlier this month, the crooner is busy preparing to headline her first UK tour beginning in April.
