Rumors have it that Leonardo DiCaprio and Rihanna are getting serious about their alleged relationship. In fact, sources revealed that the "We Found Love" hitmaker wants to bring the "Titanic" actor to her hometown in Barbados to meet her family.
According to Hollywood Life, a source told InTouch Magazine that the singer does not bring just any other guy to meet her family unless she really likes him.
Reports claim that Leo, 40, and Rihanna, 26, have been hooking up for weeks already. Rihanna was apparently smitten by the actor and even thinks he is cute, a source reveals.
Gawker reports that the rumors of their romance sparked when the two were seen together on New Year's Eve, and after that, reports stated that the two were found purportedly kissing at a pre-Golden Globes party at the Playboy Mansion.
But another report by Hollywood Life claims that the two have been hooking up for years, in between the time which Rihanna was still dating Chris Brown, and after whom, Drake.
Leo, at the time, was also in a relationship with model Toni Garrn. Leo and Toni have been privately dating for more than a year before the two called it quits.
A source said that Leo started texting Rihanna after his breakup and they decided to have some fun together. But neither of the two were looking for anything serious and were just enjoying each other's company.
For the two, their alleged relationship had no strings attached as the two decided to leave out any romance and emotions.
But that was before rumors surfaced that the two were going to the next level in their relationship. A source said that the "Diamonds" singer absolutely adores Leo, and added that they hold a good conversation together.
The insider said that Leo's blue eyes make Rihanna weak.
According to Us Magazine, Leo, who was been nominated for an Oscar for his performance in Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street," was known for dating models, some of whom included Kristen Zang, Emma Miller, Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, and Erin Heatherton. He also dated actress Blake Lively back in 2011.
Aside from his acting career, Leo puts his efforts on his environmentalist works. In fact, he set up the Leonardo DiCaprio foundation in a bid to address climate change and promote wildlife conservation. He even joined the New York's City's climate change rally to raise awareness about its impact on the environment.
