'Terminator 5: Genisys' Release Date, Cast & Trailer: Two T-800s to Face Off?

It seems that not just one but two Arnold Schwarzeneggers would be seen in the upcoming fifth "Terminator" movie. The latest trailer of the movie shows an older version of the cyborg sent to Earth go against a younger version of itself.

Schwarzenegger has returned to reprise his role as an assassin cyborg in the film, "Terminator Genisys," reported Master Herald. In the ad, an older terminator played by the actor, who is currently 67 years old complete with white hair, was seen running after what seems to be its younger version. The original terminator that came out in 1984 was reproduced using CGI.

While circumstances are different, Schwarzenegger would still have a chance to say his iconic phrase, "I'll be back," in the new movie. In the trailer, he said the line to Emilia Clarke's character before jumping out of an aircraft into an explosion.

According to Movie Pilot, the movie's plot would probably see Kyle Reese return in time to see Sarah Connor. Wrapped with this is the idea that the new or older Terminator would have the chance to face the 1984 version, which was originally sent to kill Connor, and battle him out. This of course, remains to be seen when the movie comes out in July 2015.

The new trailer was unveiled during the weekend at the Super Bowl, according to The Daily Mail.

This is the fourth time the former California Governor has taken part in a Terminator movie. Producers of "Terminator: Salvation" has opted to not include him in the 2009 movie.

However, the Hollywood actor has revealed that he was not the least bit surprised when producers of the fifth "Terminator" movie called and invited him to take part in it.

"I knew eventually that another Terminator was going to get made. People always have to go through that painful experience of doing a sequel, or something like that, without me," said Schwarzenegger.

The actor remains upbeat with the upcoming film even if it is already the fifth to come out from the sci fi-action series.

"When I look at history, anytime a movie was well-done, it was huge. If a movie is made well, if it's a great character, if it's well acted out, then people are going to come and see it. It's so simple," said the 67-year old actor.

Even his co-star Matt Smith echoed the same optimism. Smith thinks the movie would be a hit not just to the new fans but to those who supported and loved the first movie as well.

"It's like going on tour again if you're Pink Floyd - the audience always wants to hear some of the old songs. There are enough nods to the past that people will feel satisfied," he said.
