Sean "Diddy" Combs is having no luck finding a buyer for his $61.5 million Beverly Hills Mansion months after Homeland Security officers raided it.

That is according to a report by TMZ, which cited real estate sources with knowledge of the failed transactions.

In the report, TMZ said Diddy has yet to find any prospective buyer for the property two months after it was listed for sale. The outlet also claimed "only a few" potential buyers have walked through the mansion.

Why Buyers Are Staying Away From Diddy's Mansion

One of the sources who spoke with the outlet said one married couple looked at the Beverly Hills mansion but were "creeped out" about the property. It was unclear what happened at the property, but another source said allegations against Diddy put an "ick factor" on the property.

In addition to the allegations, sources also said the price tag is "ridiculous." The asking price was already cut in July when Diddy allegedly planned to sell the property for $70 million, according to the Daily Mail.

Allegations Against Diddy

Diddy is currently facing at least 12 civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and other offenses. In two cases, he was accused of sexually assaulting two minors, including one who was aged 10 at the time and another who was 17. Those incidents allegedly occurred in 2005 and 2008, respectively, per NBC News.

There have also been a range of notable people who accused Diddy so far. This includes R&B singer Cassandra Ventura who accused the music mogul of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Ventura claimed Diddy forced her to take illicit substances, participate in sex with male sex workers, and frequently beat her.

Earlier this year, CNN published surveillance footage dated 2016 that showed Diddy repeatedly kicking Ventura in the hallways of a hotel in Los Angeles. The video also showed Diddy grabbing Ventura by the back of her neck and throwing her to the floor.

Two new lawsuits were also filed against Diddy last month, including allegations involving minors.

Diddy has consistently denied all allegations against him.
