Flavor Flav was arrested early Wednesday morning in Las Vegas, after he allegedly threatened a teenager, who was in his home with a deadly weapon.

According to TMZ, law officials said the teenager was the son of William Drayton Jr., Flav's real name. The rapper reportedly got into an argument with the teenager and his mother that heated up and turned violent.

Drayton Jr. is accused of getting physical and violent with his fiancée. The rapper ended up threatening her son with a knife.

Drayton Jr.'s fiancée called the police during the altercation, which could have ended badly.

The reality TV star was put in hand cuffs around 3am and was booked on two charges. The charges include a felony assault with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor domestic violence.

He was held on a $23,000 bail, which he made before noon.

Drayton is a member of the hip-hop group Public Enemy. He is known for being a 'hype man' and for yelling "Yeah boy!" and "Flavor Flav" during performances. He has appeared as a star in several reality TV shows on VH1.

These shows include The Surreal Life, Strange Love and Flavor of Love
