"LG V10" and "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" are two of the most high spec'd smartphones so far. Considering how advanced these phones are compared to their mainstream competitors (Apple and Samsung), it just makes sense that these two gets a comparison review. Both phones are powered by a Qualcomm chipset, "LG V10" has the Snapdragon 808 while the "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" has the Snapdragon 810. As for the CPU, the "LG V10" uses a quad core 1.44 GHz cortex A53 and a dual core 1.82 GHz cortex A57, while "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" uses a quad core 1.5 GHz A53 and a quad core 2 GHz cortex A57.

The "LG V10" comes with an internal memory of 64 GB with an expandable storage of up to 128 GB. The "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" on the other hand comes with a 32 GB internal memory with an expandable storage of up to 200 GB. The LG phone has a 4 GB RAM while the Xperia phone only has 3 GB.

"LG V10" was just announced this October and it is already available for purchase. The "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" however, although announced last September, is not expected to start release until November 2015.

"LG V10" costs around 620 Euro and the "Sony Xperia Z5 Premium" is a bit more expensive with a price tag of around 800 Euro. As a conclusion, with a lower price, the "LG V10" is quite a good choice. The second screen is a definite plus, primarily because its unique. The 4 GB RAM is also quite advanced compared to its rivals. But if you don't mind the higher cost, it's hard to find a smartphone that can compete with Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's display resolution and high quality camera.
