News emerged that Playboy would no longer publish the magazine containing nudity by next year. As per New York Times, the company has lost its battle against the internet stating that individuals can now access pornographic materials in just one click. In addition to that, buying a magazine is more costly than accessing the websites that can be obtained for free.
Now that Playboy publicly announced shifting the whole magazine concept into an edgy but while a more wholesome context, numerous celebrities have been keeping their eyes on the slot. Celebrities have been keeping their focus on who's going to be the last one to pose nude for the magazine.
The famous sisters namely Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have been eyeing the spot. As per Realty Today, Kris Jenner would want the whole Kardashian girls to take the spot as the last celebrities to pose nude for the magazine.
An insider informed Hollywoodlife that:
"Kris likes Kim's idea of being on the last nude Playboy issue, but likes the idea of having all the girls on the cover and inside pictorials as a better idea, she would love to see Kim, Kendall, Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and herself do it. And she also thinks that if Caitlyn wanted to do it by all means, she should join in the fun as well."
Taking the spot for the last nude issue may be the bomb, but the magazine seems to be more focused on their nudity-free issue.
Hollywoodlife was able to get a hold of an exclusive interview with an insider stating that the magazine would want the singer Taylor Swift to be the first celebrity to pose [with her clothes on] for their first non-nude issue.
"Playboy wants to make a splash on their first non-nude cover and they would love to have Taylor Swift on the cover and pair that with an amazing interview inside. The Playboy brand knows having such a powerful woman on their cover will really show the new look that they are going for as they rebrand."
