Lamar Odom's ex girlfriend, Liza Morales, with whom he has two children, is reportedly willing to declare a fight in court with Khloe Kardashian, in case the NBA star's condition worsens and he passes away.

Although the former athlete is reportedly awake now, the 35-year-old NBA star is still hooked up to his ventilator. Since Lamar was found unconscious and he was brought to the hospital, Khloe was there at his side. However, new reports claim that her closeness again with her ex-husband is making Lamar's ex girlfriend fear that she may take everything he owes if worse comes to worst, OK! Magazine reports.

Although Khloe and Lamar's divorce has been finalized in July, Khloe is still entitled to a $10 million life insurance if he passes away. The Kardashian beauty is still set to receive a substantial amount of Odom's estate, according to his last will and testament. Lamar has a net worth of $100 million, of which Khloe reportedly can get a big portion.

"Khloe was to receive a majority of that. His kids were of course included in the will, but it's understood they were to only receive a small portion compared to Khloe," a source told Radar Online.

Such fact is reportedly worrying Lamar's ex girlfriend Liza because she knows that her children are in a bad state if ever he dies. Lamar's friends believe that he hasn't changed his will amidst his divorce with Khloe.

"If this goes sideways," the source said, "Liza is prepared to battle Khloe for what her kids deserve."

Lamar has two kids with his ex girlfriend; her daughter Destiny and son, Lamar Jr. Since he was found unresponsive at the Nevada brothel, Love Ranch, on Tuesday due to suspected drug overdose, he has been confined in Sunrise Hospital. His two children flew right away to be with him and have released a statement asking for prayers for their dad.
